The article "Skin deep" published by the magazine "The economist" describes latest results in the FUNOCT EU project consortium. Using a fast FDML laser, which was built in our group, Prof. Leitgeb and his group from the university of Vienna demonstrated very fast non-invasive structural and microvascular contrast OCT imaging of different human skin diseases.
